Hand-carved Turkana tribal doll from Kenya or Tanzania, mid-20th century. Constructed of carved wood and adorned with ethnic trade beads, fiber wrapping, and animal hide garments, with a surface coated in traditional red takula powder. The figure stands on an integral base and retains a descriptive tag. Shows age-appropriate wear, cracking, and loss to hide elements.
