Early 1980s Disney World Security Badge 839. Is approx 2 1/4" x 1/4" x 3 1/4" and it weighs under one pound at 0.16lb. The metal badge is in a good, vintage condition with some wear and small scratches along with some extra sodering on the back that was used to reattach the pinback.
