Vintage Framed Oriental Papercut Ladies & Tree. There appear to be cutouts that were applied directly to the white background. This is approx 11 7/8" x 3/4" x 31 1/2" and it weighs 4lbs. The white backing has some creases, the backing paper is torn, and the frame has some scratches and chips. The maker and date of creation are unknown.
