Decorative pedestal bowl with scalloped rim and extensive repousse floral and geometric decoration design throughout. Features include hammered detailing, ornate bands, and a footed base in a Middle Eastern, Victorian, or Indian ethnic style. No visible hallmarks present. Bowl consistent with a four-time silver plate and believed to be late 19th to early 20th century. Tarnish, surface wear, and age-related patina throughout.
