Framed Library of Congress Complete Sheet of 20 33¢ Stamps. Stamps were released in the year 2000 to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the ‘Library of Congress. Framed stamps are approx 14" x 1" x 16 1/2" and weighs 2.5lbs . The sheet of stamps is approx 6 1/2" x 8 1/2". Framed stamps are in a good, used condition with some wear and chips on the frame.
