The framed photo called "The Buck Stops Here" shows an American dollar bill being stopped by a construction-type worker waving a flag. This was not signed by the artist. Framed photo is approx 16" x 1" x 14" and weighs 2.5lbs. The photo is approx 6 1/2" x 4 1/2". Framed photo is in a good, used condition with some light wear on the frame along with a little bit of debris that is behind the plex on the bottom left.
