Antique Middle East Hammered Copper Tent Warmer
Hand-hammered copper tent warmer from the Middle East. Used largely by nomadic people to keep the tent warm while reducing the risk of a fire in the tent. The bottom piece holds firewood or charcoal, and then the vented dome goes over for safety. Age is unknown, but much of the copper is oxidized so appears to be at least a few decades old.
