This lot contains a Green Dragon Pub By David Winter Made & Hand Painted in Great Britain. This item comes in a David Winter Cottages box but it is not the original box for this item. The box is approx 4 3/4" x 5 1/2" x 4 3/4". Total weight in the box is approx 0.9lbs. Overall the David Winter Cottage is in good pre owned condition with some minor wear from use over time. The Green Dragon pub sign is loose as shown in the images. There are some very minor chips near the base and sign. Please reference all of the photographs as they are a part of the description.
