Vintage Blue Willow 9" Dinner Plate. The back has no marking and may have been made by Homer Laughlin. The plate is approx 9" x 9" x1" and it weighs 1lb. The plate has a chip and some discoloration on the edge rim. Please see the images as they are part of the description.
