Work Of Heart Hand Painted Horse Collar. Here is part of an old horse wooden collar that had been turned into art by "Work Of Heart" . The artist signed the bottom of the collar. This is approx 9" x 1 1/4" x 22" and it weighs 2.44 lbs. There are some cracks on the wood and light surface rust on the metal.
