Late 19th Century Peacock Fan Fireplace Screen
Brass fireplace screen, which when folded out is shaped like a peacock tail or a fan. This piece dates from the Victorian era, and is made of solid brass. Features ornate embellishments on the center and was likely made in Europe. There is some tarnishing on the brass, one piece for holding in the screen pieces is missing, and some of the screen pieces are slightly warped. Please see photos for best description of condition.
