Lithograph was created by William Tara. Tara used watercolors and would sign his pieces in pencil. Art work is set in a silver metal frame. This print is in good vintage condition. Has estate signature in the lower right hand corner. Approx. measures 11 1/4" x 3/4" x 14 1/4"
William (Bill) W. Tara. (1916 – 1973). William Tara was educated In California Public Schools. He attended Los Angeles City College. In 1942, Bill became a free-lance illustrator and designer.
