Original Framed Watercolor "Dutch Treat" by Bettye Paden. Is signed by the artist on the bottom left. Framed original is approx 39 1/2" x 1" x 33" and weighs 9.5lbs. The original is approx 28" x 21". The framed original is in a good, used condition with wear and light scratches on the frame and plex.
