Framed "On the Deck Over Scotland" by Gil Cohen. Comes with a COA that says it is a limited edition (#194 out of #650). The framed print is approx 32 3/4" x 1" x 23" and it weighs 8lbs. The print itself is approx 26"x 16". The framed print is in a good, used condition with some wear and scratches on the frame. The signature appears to be part of the print.
