A native of East Tennessee Etta Jean moved to Orlando, Florida. She spent many years as a technical writer in the software industry. Desiring a creative outlet and an escape from heavy technical work, Etta Jean took a class in black and white photography and fell in love with everything about photography. She has exhibited regularly at juried shows in the Central Florida area, as well as California and Mexico, picking up several awards along the way. Her wine-related photographs are permanently displayed in the Anheuser-Busch Beer and Wine Lab at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.
