Postal Commemorative Society First Day Covers. Has 1993 & 1994. All come in a binder that is approx 9 3/4" x 2 3/4" x 10 3/4" and it weighs 4.88 lbs. Has over 75 envelopes with stamps. Is missing the envelopes/stamps for Dr Allison Davis, Edward R Murrow, and the 1994 Winter Olympics. The binder and sheets are loose.
